The Dienes DF-150-200 shear knife holder combines the superior rigidity of the DF-145 dual shaft support with the ability to obtain the best slit quality while maximizing knife life.

The DF-150-200 provides separate air regulation for controlling knife contact force by pneumatically collapsing the mechanical return spring prior to the horizontal sidestroke knife engagement.

Pre-loaded, anti-friction caged linear ball-bearing guides along with stress free pneumatic diaphragms (instead of o-rings) allows you exact control of the cutting force required for your material.

And, all the knife sets have the exact same contact force for consistent, reliable knife life.
