Dienes Chord Gauge

The Dienes Chord Gauge provides a quick, simple method for operators to set the proper Overlap depth of a male top knife, to the female bottom knife. The gauge can provide consistency of depth setting when used by all operators.

It can be used as a GO/NO GO gauge to evaluate all the settings made after contact of the two shear knives, or, it can provide a mechanical stop during the depth adjustment process.
