Center Linear Bearing System

Dienes’ answer to the inaccuracies and frustrations caused by dovetail mounting arrangements is the “CLB System” (Center Linear Bearing). Excessive knife side loading and subsequent reduced knife life from misuse of dovetail rack and pinion arrangements are eliminated.

Equipped with bearing seals and blind side mounted, the CLB System is oblivious to dust with minimal maintenance. Precision manufacturing assures that the cant angle (blade toe in) is not compromised and the proper cut point can be maintained.

The CLB System can be mounted directly to existing dovetail bolt patterns requiring only a slight relocation of the holder beam.
