The DF-150-200 is the only shear knife holder that removes the mechanical return spring from effecting knife side load force and knife life.

Separate air regulation collapses the return spring. A second air manifold can set the lowest required air pressure to obtain minimum side load needed to slit a given material.

Vibration and knife run out effects are minimized because the lower knife head is supported by linear bearings.
