Edge Trim Slitting Retrofit Systems

Dienes Corporation announces availability of self-contained edge trim systems for plastic film, nonwovens and paper materials. Certain corrugated paper applications can be supported as well.

Motor driven bottom knives provide web support while the stable Model DF-50 pneumatic knife holder presents the proper top to bottom knife relationship. Once set up, the linear bearing mounted carriage assembly can be easily adjusted for various trim widths.

Motor and air controls are mounted directly on the system frame for easy access. Line speed following configurations recommended. Designs for speed ranges from a few hundred feet per minute to 8,000 fpm are possible.
