Dienes Corporation Hires Two New Employees for Engineering Department

Spencer, MA, 7/15/02 - Dienes Corporation has hired Darin DuBois with the position of Systems Engineer and Edward Prinsen II with the position of Service Technician.

Mr. DuBois had a 20-year history in the manufacturing industry working for Jagenberg Inc. before coming to Dienes Corporation in June 2002.

His experience includes design and controls engineering, and field service. At Dienes Corporation, Mr. DuBois will utilize his experience by designing electrical circuitry and programming for slitting systems.

Mr. Prinsen II graduated with an Associate's Degree in Engineering from Quinsigamond Community College in May 2002.

He has been working at Dienes since September 2000 in engineering on a part time basis as a detail CAD layout draftsman.

As a full time employee he will be providing field service support in addition to his previous tasks.
