Dienes PQD-MC3 High Force Crush Cut Knife Holder

Dienes Corp has introduced high force crush cut knife holders to attack those heavy hard to cut materials i.e. Roofing materials, flooring or heavy rubber. Minimum slit widths of 15 millimeters are possible. The holder is available with a standard three-inch blade that will mount to a standard 2 1/2-inch dovetail bar. If the customer chooses he can purchase it with a 4-inch blade in the PQD style also mounting on a 2 1/2-inch dovetail. This holder will provide 3 1/2 times the force to the blade that is offered by most other crush cut holders. The 4-inch blade can operate at speeds up to 1,250 feet per min.

Dienes Corporation's Model PQD-MC3 pneumatic crush cut holder provides over three times more cutting force than standard holders in widths to 0.59" (15mm). Roofing and flooring material, as well as heavy, scrimmed rubber are easily cut at speeds to 1,250 FPM (381 MPM).
