This slitting system was utilized by a leading manufacturer of polyester, polypropylene, and bio-based films for the packaging, graphics, industrial, aerospace, and electronics industries. Edge condition and edge quality is of paramount importance as individual slit lengths of material are butted together during assembly. Seams must therefore be perfect and contain no dust or slivers.
