Dienes Corporation offers manual, automatic, and semi automatic slitting to customers in a variety of industries, working most frequently with paper, films, laminates, and foils. Suitable for operations ranging from baloney slitting to shear slitting to zero tension slitting, Dienes can supply high speed, large format sets on demand. Our manual, automatic, and semi automatic slitting can be applied to everything from cloth to sponge to stainless steel, to a tolerance of +/- 0.0005 inches. High volume or low volume, prototype or large scale production volume run, Dienes systems can accommodate widths ranging from 2 inches to 30 feet. Up to 125 knives operate at speeds up to 10,000 feet per minute. If automation is desired, we also offer robotic load/unload/transfer and/or a computer controlled process.
