Dienes' innovative Drop-in Shear Slitter is designed to provide clean and more precise slits than the alternative crush cut method. Dished knife blade shearing action against a hardened tool steel bottom knife ensures burr free cutting edges, with a minimum of paper dust. This innovative concept also keeps blades sharper for longer periods because they are not crushed against an anvil.

Our unique product is also engineered for flexibility - it accepts different tag and label widths. Each knife top and bottom can be individually adjusted with a single screw. In addition, to ensure precision every time, the entire slitter unit can be adjusted laterally for fine tuning.
