Dienes has a slitting Test Lab with a wide variety of knife holders and blades to determine the best slitting tools for your material(s).

We are equipped to magnify and photograph the slit quality of your existing cut for comparison to the lab tests. Various blade bevels and angles can be employed to determine the best combination to suit your needs.

From book cover stock to PE film, we have the proper tooling available. Any of our heated blade knife holders can test your laminates and adhesive materials. Razor and shear cut score cutting (non-penetrating) set-ups can be easily arranged.

We challenge you to send a paper, plastic, rubber, nonwovens, textile or combination material we can not slit. Rarely are we given a material that we can not slit, and confidentiality is standard practice.
