Originally designed for accurate length cutting of expanded metal, the Dienes Model CC-100 Cross Cut Table can be utilized for any cut-to-length application. Equipped with pneumatic hold down cylinders, material guide bars and PLC programming, the CC-100 cuts straight and true. Integration to customer delivery systems is easily accomplished.

Rodless cylinders actuate the rotary knife holder which travels across 5 feet in less than 1 seconds.

In shear cutting applications the table edge is manufactured to the same hardness levels and angles as standard Dienes bottom knives. The bottom knife-edge is removable for regrinding when needed.

The full line of Dienes shear and crush cut holders may be employed for even the toughest of materials.
