The DF-25 features slit widths to 1 inch (25mm) running at a web speeds up to 4,000 fpm. This 130mm diameter blade holder is the best approach for upgrading narrow slit operations. Like the other DF Elite Family holders from Dienes, the DF-25 utilizes dual preloaded linear ball bearings for vertical axis guiding during web engagement. This insures maximum rigidity and vibration resistance.

In addition, because of Dienes' superior manufacturing all DF-25 holders are made to be exact copies of each other. This means that when it's time to change a knife blade, any DF-25 will mount accurately in place of another. Change over is quick and dull blades can be more easily replaced on a bench. Best utilized for medium paper grades and capable of handling the higher density nonwoven materials.
