All utilize dual preloaded linear ball bearings for vertical axis guiding during web engagement. This insures maximum rigidity and vibration resistance. Depth setting changes are easily accomplished with the micrometer adjustment feature.

In addition, because of Dienes' superior manufacturing all DF holders are made to be exact copies of each other. This means that when it's time to change a knife blade, any DF model will mount accurately in place of another on the same system. Change over is quick and dull blades can be more easily replaced on a bench.
