It quickly, accurately, locates the precise locations for both top and bottom knives. It greatly reduces setup times, making you more productive and competitive. Mounted between the existing side frames of your slitter, the positioning equipment is composed of a rigid horizontal cross member equipped with front and rear linear guides, a combination digital linear scale and laser positioning carriage, and Dienes high-precision shear cut knife holders with linear bearings that ensure a smooth and precise movement.
