At DIENES, we believe our products should be flexible to accommodate each of our customer’s needs. We take pride in designing and manufacturing custom perforator knives for both crush/score slitting and shear slitting applications. All of our perforator knives are made to order with a minimum order of six (6) pieces.
To quote a perforator knife, our expert sales staff will ask you to please specify the outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID), tie (space between teeth), the cut (width of the cutting edge of the individual teeth), material grade (typically AISI 52100 steel or AISI D2 steel), and hub thickness (if it is a crush/score slitting application).
